Returns
What is the return period?
You can return items within 14 days of receipt. Please ensure that the products are unused, unopened and in the original packaging to be eligible for a return.
What can I not return?
For hygienic reasons, we cannot accept opened or used hair products for return. Gift vouchers and vouchers cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.
All (hair care) products that are returned are extensively checked. In the event of a deviation or suspicion that a product has been used, we unfortunately cannot accept a return.
When will my return be processed?
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will process your return within 5-7 business days . You will receive an email confirmation once the return has been processed and the refund completed.
Important information in case of allergic reactions
If you have experienced an allergic reaction to any of our products, stop using them immediately and consult a doctor. Unfortunately, in the event of an allergic reaction, the products cannot be returned. For further assistance, please contact the manufacturer at the email address stated on the vial.
What does returns cost?
The costs for returning items are at your own expense, unless it concerns an error on our part (for example an incorrect or defective product). In that case, we will cover the return costs.
Can I exchange items from my order?
Unfortunately, exchange is not possible. Make sure you return the items within the return period and place a new order.
